Online Counselling
I began offering counselling sessions online as early as 2017 so I was well-prepared for the ‘move to online’ which many practices needed to make when the pandemic arrived in 2020. After changes in my personal circumstances and focus I decided to move my sessions completely online.
Online counselling offers a relational connection in the same way as meeting in-person, along with the convenience and environmental advantages.
There are some limitations (mainly around risk) and some aspects of the counselling space you need to create at your own location.
